Ningbo Amazing Plastics Co., Ltd. is a professional plastic injection molding manufacturer engaged in injection molding production, mold manufacturing, and product development. Amazing Plastics Co., Ltd is located in Ningbo, China. It was established in 2001 and has 20 years of development and manufacturing experience. Our factory now covers an area of 3,000 square meters, has 15 injection molding machines, and more than 60 employees, contributing to customer satisfaction.

We provide parts for various industries and customize various plastic parts according to customer drawings or samples. The industries we serve include automotive parts, medical parts, power tools, office accessories, electronics, optical parts and other industries.
How we do
1. Inquiry: Please provide drawings, materials, quantity and special requirements, or samples and pictures to us. According to your dwg, we will give you suggestions or quotes directly.
2. Quotation: After understanding your requirements, we will send you a professional quotation within 24 hours if possible.
3. Discussion before ordering: If there are any questions or comments (such as materials, colors, tolerances, processes, packaging, delivery terms), we will discuss with you by mail, direct call or video conference.
4. Order and production: After receiving your order, we will immediately carry out mold design, material procurement, material analysis, manufacturing, mold inspection and production process.
5. Sample confirmation: Send a prototype or some samples for your confirmation. Or we can also do small batch production before mass production. In this way, we can help you control quality and financial risks.
6. Mass production: After you approve the samples and small batches, we will turn to mass production. We will carry out quality control and production updates throughout the production process.
7. Quality control: After mass production is completed, we will conduct spot checks or full inspections on the entire order. Finally, we will send you a professional inspection report for inspection. Once you confirm the quality control report, we will prepare the package and delivery for you.
8. Assembly and Packaging: We usually pack the parts in cartons and pallets, and use bullet foam to protect the products well.
9. Delivery: Flexible delivery methods (express or air or sea, delivery to your port, door-to-door delivery, or directly to your customers)
Cost Control
We are familiar with multip plastic materials performance, processes and calculated costs, which is a high advantage for you to win orders. Compared with American and European factories, our prices will be more than 30% cheaper.
Risk control
Our process will be drawing confirmation, price confirmation, sample, small batch, then mass production. We will provide professional inspection report throughout the whole process. We are avoiding the risk of mass production without supplier report.
